1) In this writ petition the petitioners have prayed for quashment of the Government Notification dated 29th July, 2011 declaring the lands at village Khambale (BH), Taluka Khanapur, District Sangli as an Industrial Area and the decision has been taken by the State Government to delete the lands from village Khambale (BH), Taluka Khanpur, District Sangli admeasuring 189.96 acres.

The Government Notification published on 21st March, 2016 is placed on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of the decision taken by the State Government, principally notifying that lands situated at village Khambale in Khanapur Taluka of Sangli District are not required for the purpose of development as an industrial area, the grievance raised by the petitioners

Civil Application, if any, does not survive and same stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
