This is an Application for condonation of delay of 19 days in filing the Appeal. The Applicant was the original accused No.2. He was convicted for commission of offence punishable under Sections 363 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and was sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for five years besides the imposition of fine. He was also convicted Shabnoor

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that he is from a poor family. He could not engage Advocate as he could not arrange for money. He submitted that he has a good case on merit. He is not the main accused.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, delay of 19 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 4.

The Appeal be processed further.
