The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of order dated 17.12.2015, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the process of investigation. She further on instructions submitted that the stamp papers and cheques which alleged to have been involved in the present crime, have been recovered at the instance of the applicant and that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by order dated 24.11.2015 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 10.00 a.m to 2.00p.m till the filing of chargesheet against the applicant. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
