Learned counsel appearing for applicant submits that, application was dismissed for want of prosecution even prior to issuing notices to respondents. He invites attention of this Court to the averments in the applicant and in particularly Para No. 3. In the said para reason is stated that advocate on record could not attend the Court. 2.

Keeping in view the averments in the application and cause disclosed in Para 3 of the application, application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
