Initially, the applicant had filed Criminal Appeal No. 801 of 2019 alongwith the other co-accused.

Considering the prayer made in the aforesaid application, the application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to file a separate appeal in terms of Practice Note No.53 of the High Court (Appellate Side) Rules.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
