This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal against the conviction.

Heard the learned advocate appearing for the applicant as well as the learned APP for the State. The learned APP Kavita Page 1 of 2

904-appa-1125-17.doc opposed the application by contending that the delay is not sufficiently explained.

Perusal of the application shows that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause in not filing the appeal within limitation. Hence the following order:

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

ii) Delay in filing the appeal is condoned. iii) The appeal be registered.
