Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking stay to the operation and implementation of the judgment and decree dated 10.05.2018 passed by the Family Court, Pune granting permanent alimony to the Respondent wife in Petition No.A-78/2013.

When this court declined to entertain the Civil Application, the learned counsel for the Applicant, after taking instructions from their client seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Application unconditionally.
