Perused Recods. It appears that Notice issued to Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 returned unserved with bailiff's remark "Not found, on enquiry with inmate Lady R. A. Khan & Mahesh Mali informed that Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 are not residing at given address and they don't know any thing about Respondent Nos. 1 to 4".

Address of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 mentioned in the above notices is same as mentioned in the memo of Interim Application and First Appeal and also in the copy of Lower Court's Judgment.

This is sufficient to allow the the application regarding Substitute Service of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 by way of Publication in Daily Newspapers, namely "Navshakti" and "Free Press Journal" & etc.

In view of this Interim Application No. 30217 of 2022 of Publication is allowed, in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, returnable by 06 weeks.
