It is an application for restoration of the petition which was dismissed in default on 10 th September, 2018. Applicant seeks restoration and condonation of delay caused in preferring this

The order dated 10 th September, 2018 is recalled subject to cost of Rs.1,000/- which the petitioner shall pay to the High Court Legal Services Committee, within two weeks from today. 3.
