The present applicant/accused earlier approached this Court through Anticipatory Bail Application No. 408 of 2019, which came to be rejected on 14th February, 2019.

After the rejection of said application, there are no further developments or additional grounds, which deserve consideration to file an application afresh.

This Court is required to be sensitive to the fact that the applicant is specifically named with an active role in commission of

Dusane 2/2 907 aba 2409.2019.doc crime in question. Because of the violent act of the applicant, there was law and order problem in the vicinity, the market area. There are criminal antecedents and once the applicant was externed. 4.

The injured so also the eye witnesses have specifically named the applicant with an active role in the commission of crime. 5.

In view of above, there is sufficient evidence to infer prima facie involvement of the applicant in the crime in question, with active participation.

The application as such is devoid of merits. Dismissed. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J. )
