P.C. :- By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks directions against the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take action against Respondent Nos.3 to 5 for carrying out unauthorized construction and demolish the said unauthorized construction carried out with regard to the project known as 'Hi-Face' situate at Survey No.71/A/2 and 71/ B Pimple Saudagar, Pimpri, Pune and to further direct the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to issue stop work notice to Respondent Nos.3 to 5 in respect of the under construction project. The Corporation has filed its Affidavit stating that the construction which was carried out without permission has been regularized and as on date there are no unauthorized constructions being carried out by the developers. This Court therefore enquired from the Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner who has booked a

However, she states that she has no such instructions from the Petitioner. In view thereof, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. ( B.P. COLABAWALLA, J. ) ( S.J. KATHAWALLA, J. )
