After having perused the Writ Petition and all Annexures thereto, we find that the Petitioners have already invoked the revisional jurisdiction under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. Admittedly, their Revision Application is pending. It would be open for the Petitioners to seek such reliefs as are permissible in law before the Revisional Authority. In these circumstances, we do not think Aswale 1/2

p.1.wp.13181.16 that we can entertain a Writ Petition. More-so, when it involves a disputed question of fact.

Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to pursue a Revision Application.
