By this application, the applicant no.1 seeks transfer of election petition from the Court of a Judge of this Court to any other Court described in prayer clause (a) of the petition. I have heard applicant no.1 in person. I am of the view that I have no jurisdiction to transfer the election petition pending before any Judge of this Court to any other Court. The applicant no.1 in person states that Election Petition No.3 of 2014 has been already dismissed by this Court. The statement is accepted.

The misc. civil application is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
