The applicant is the son of the original informant who expired after lodging of the FIR, desires to espouse the cause of the original complainant by intervening in ABA No.1657/2015 pertaining to CR No.307/2014 registered with Kasturba Marg Police Station and now being investigated by Economic offence Wing Mumbai bearing CR No.79/2014.

For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice I am inclined to allow the present application.

2) The applicant in ABA No.1657/2015 is directed to implead the applicant in Cri.
