The short grievance made in this petition is that the Incharge Officer of Ulhasnagar Police Station has not taken cognizance of the petitioner's complaint dated 26th June, 2014, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit B", page 36. 2.
Mrs. Kejriwal, learned APP stated that there is no entry of the petitioner's complaint in the record of Ulhasnagar Police Station. In support of her statement, she tenders a copy of the report of the Senior Police Inspector, Ulhasnagar Police Station dated 25th August, 2015. Nonetheless, on petitioner's complaint dated 26th June, 2014, a copy of which is annexed at Exhibit B, Page 36, there is an acknowledgment of the In-charge Station Officer of Ulhasnagar Police Station.

In the above circumstances and in the interests of justice, we direct the Station Officer of Ulhasnagar Police Station to make preliminary inquiry into the petitioner's aforesaid complaint and take an appropriate decision within a period of seven days from today and communicate the same to the petitioner. 4.
The petitioner is directed to communicate this order along with a copy of his complaint dated 26th June, 2014 to the Station Officer of the Ulhasnagar Police Station. 5.
In the light of the above order, the petition stands disposed of.
