For the reasons mentioned in the application, Clause

(2) of the order dated June 21, 2022 passed by the Sessions Court is modified and with a view that the applicant avails of the bail granted by the Sessions Court. Clause (2) of the order is modified, in that, it is clarified that the applicant-Mahesh Mariya Kushalkar be released on bail on his executing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with one ore more sureties in the like amount in C.R.No.634 of 2022 registered with the Goregaon Police Station, Mumbai. 2.

The other conditions are kept intact.
