These are applications for transit bail.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in the first information report no.0449 of 2015 registered with Defence Colony Police Station, South Delhi (NCT) under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 506 read with

Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that within a period of 10 days from today his clients will file appropriate legal proceedings before the Court of competent jurisdiction at New Delhi arising out of CR No.0449 of 2015 registered with the Defence Colony Police Station, South Delhi. He therefore prayed that both the applicants may be protected by way of pre-arrest bail during the said period. In view of the above, the following order is passed: (i) The Maharashtra Police and the Police of Defence Colony Police Station, South Delhi are directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants, they shall be released on their furnishing PR bond of Rs.1 lac, each, with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. (ii) The present order protecting the applicants shall come to an end on 5th December 2015. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted to the applicants ion any count.

(iii) Both the applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. (iv) All the concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order (A.S. GADKARI,J.)
