Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Mr. Chougule, Police Sub Inspector, attached to Borivali Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, in the present crime, Police have submitted "C-Summary Report" in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate 26th Court, Borivali, Mumbai on 09.03.2022 and the learned Magistrate has issued notice of the same to the complainant i.e. Respondent No.2. herein.

In view of the above, present Petition for quashing of FIR No.63 of 2016 registered with Borivali Police Station, Mumbai does not survive. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
