ORDER: As the impugned order is based upon the decision of Caste Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur, we decline to entertain the present Petition. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach before the appropriate forum.
However, considering the urgency so made referring to letter dated 18 November 2015, by way of indulgence, to avoid further complications, we are inclined to observe that Respondent No.3 not to take any coercive steps against the Petitioner for three weeks from today.
