P.C. :- P.C. :- The above Petition seeks the relief that all the cases registered against the Petitioner within the jurisdiction of various Courts be clubbed together and tried by the same Court. A reading of the prayer clause (a) discloses that FIRs have been registered with Kadgaon Police Station, Yavatmal, with Gangapur Police Station, Nashik, with Karkam Police Station, Satara, with Vishrambag Police Station, Sangli and with Lakni Police Station, District: Bhandara. The facts disclose that the FIRs have been registered by different persons and in respect of distinct transactions. The learned counsel Shivgan
* 2/2 * 14-WP-4041-2016.doc appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks to rely upon Section 220 of the Cr.P.C. in his endeavour to pursue us to grant the reliefs of clubbing of the cases and being tried together. We are unable to accede to the said request having regard to the fact that the FIRs have been registered in respect of distinct transactions and by different persons though the facts involving may be identical. We are also informed by the learned APP that FIRs have also been registered in the state of Karnataka.
In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the Petitioner in the above Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
