(I) If proposals submitted to grant permanent approval to the employment of the petitioners is not decided by the concerned Education Officers (Secondary) of Zilla Parishads, the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of two months from today;

(II) If the proposals are already decided, the decisions taken thereon shall be immediately communicated to the petitioners;

(III) All contentions on merits are kept open.
