1) This is an application for modification of condition imposed upon the applicants by an order dated 10.6.2016 while granting pre-arrest bail. The condition to furnish one surety in the like amount is hereby modified and the applicants are permitted to furnish one or two sureties each in the like amount. Rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicants by an order dated 10.6.2016 are not disturbed.

2) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 3) The name of the applicant No.1 mentioned in order dated 10.6.20167 as Rakesh Suresh Adhav be corrected as Rakesh Surendra Adhav.
