Learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 invited my attention to the reply dated 16th August,2013 annexed to the contempt petition and would submit that the order passed by this court on 27th June, 2013 directing the society to reconsider the application filed by the petitioners has been already decided within one month from the date of the communication of the said order. Statement is accepted. Nothing survives in this contempt petition and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. [R.D. DHANUKA, J.]
