The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the above Writ Petition with a liberty to seek appropriate reliefs in L.C. Suit No. 72 of 2007 pending before the City Civil Court, Bombay. In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty as sought. It is clarified that if an application is made in L.C.
