This Application is moved by the applicant for restoration of Writ Petition, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by the order dated 5th October, 2018 passed by this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant could not remain present on 5th October, 2018. It is submitted that the counsel had met with an accident. The medical certificate dated 6th October, 2018 is annexed herewith. 3.
