By this civil application, the applicants seek stay of the impugned judgment and decree dated 3rd July, 2009 passed by the learned District Judge - 2, Baramati in Regular Civil Appeal No.42 of 2007 and Regular Civil Suit No.107 of 2002.

This Court has already admitted the second appeal filed by the applicants on the substantial questions of law formulated in the said order. This Court has already granted ad-interim stay on 29th March, 2010 in this civil application. No affidavit in reply has been filed though directed by this Court.
