1] BY an Order dated 19th October 2018, the applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates, to join the process of investigation. 2] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record.

3] The allegation against the applicants is that, they sold a Tractor to the informant by accepting consideration in the year 2015, however, the same was registered in the year 2017. The applicants did not give receipt towards payment made by the informant to them. In the premise the first 1/2

4] The record indicates that, in pursuance of Order dated 19th October 2018, the applicants have attended the concerned Investigating officer and have joined the process of investigation. The applicants have also tendered documents which were in their possession to the Investigating Officer. It appears from the record that, the investigation of the present crime is based on the documents which have already been given by the applicants to the Investigating Officer. It appears that, the applicants have co-operated in the process of investigation. 5] In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 19th October 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
