Mrs A.A. Mane, APP for the State.

CORAM : A.R.JOSHI,J DATE : 13th MARCH, 2015 P.C. :

1) None present for the applicant. Heard learned APP for the State.

2) This is a repeated bail application of the same applicant original accused No.2. His earlier bail application bearing No. 1798 of 2013 was disposed of on 4th December, 2013 after hearing the rival submissions at length. That time, the learned counsel for the applicant prayed for withdrawal of the said bail application with a prayer that directions may be given to the concerned Sessions Court to dispose of the pending sessions case expeditiously. As such, after such a

2/2 prolonged hearing the earlier bail application was allowed to be withdrawn with specific directions to the concerned Court. Thereafter, the present bail application is preferred. However, there is nothing to re-agitate the issue and to come to the different view. Moreover, it must be said that the earlier bail application was withdrawn sensing that the Court was not inclined to grant bail. As such the present repeated bail application is dismissed and accordingly disposed of.
