This is an application for relaxation of condition No.6(b), imposed while granting bail to the accused vide order dated 17/07/2018. The condition reads thus:- "6(b) After his release from Jail, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m." 2.

on the first Monday of every month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. would not be necessary. Learned Advocate submitted that this condition has outlived its purpose.

Learned APP submitted that considering the serious nature of the crime this condition was found appropriate by the Court.

Upon bestowing thoughtful consideration to the submissions I am of the view that in the changed scenario this condition has served its purpose. The Trial has commenced. The grievance of the victim can be taken care of by the Court, in case she has any grievance against accused persons.

In the facts and circumstances, therefore this is a fit case to relax this condition accordingly. Hence, the following order:- (i) The application is allowed.
(ii)Condition No.6(b) imposed vide order dated 17/07/2018 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.998 of 2018 is relaxed.
