After hearing both sides we direct the Municipal Commissioner of the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation to dispose of the petitioner's application requesting transfer from the Nandurbar Zilla Parishad Primary School to the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation School, so that she can complete the treatment for the disease diagnosed, namely, pulmonary TB. Let the decision be taken by the concerned official of the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.
