Considering the fact that the Petitioners are claiming benefits of the Government Resolution dated 6/12/2005 and there

rsk 2/2 7-WP-2754-20.doc is no decision taken as yet on this issue by Respondent Nos. 2 to 5, it will be necessary that decision is taken by them and for that purpose it will also be necessary that these petitions are treated as representations made by the Petitioners. Accordingly, we direct that these petitions be treated as representations made by the Petitioners and shall be decided by Respondent Nos.2 to 5 in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of these petitions. We direct the Petitioners to place copy of the petitions along with a copy of this order before Respondent No.5 for his doing needful in the matter on or before 21/3/2022.
