We find that the issue involved in this Petition can very well be dealt with by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune. 2.

In the circumstances, as agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune to resolve the dispute raised in this Petition.

The parties to appear before the Joint Charity Commissioner along with their respective representations on 14th December, 2017. On receipt of such representations which are to be filed or before 14th December, 2017, the Joint Charity Commissioner Vishal Parekar 1/2

913-wp-12469-2017.doc shall examine the grievance and take appropriate decision on it as expeditiously as possible after giving opportunity of hearing to them, preferably within six weeks from the date of appearance of the parties before him.

Needless to say that we have not examined the merits of the matter.
