The arbitrator to continue from the stage at which it was last heard by the earlier arbitrator Mr.Justice S.K.Shah (retired). Mr.Sathaye appearing for petitioner assures the court that they will prosecute the arbitration with diligence and try to dispose of the arbitration proceedings within six months from today. Rest of the terms and conditions will be as per the order passed earlier in the matter.
