The applicant/accused is prosecuted for the offences punishable under sections 302, 324, 323, 504, 506 r/w section 34 of the Indian Penal Code in C.R. No.45 of 2016 with Mandrup Police Station, Solapur.

The learned Prosecutor informs the Court that charge in this case has already been framed by the trial Court. Examination in chief of one witness, namely, Dharam Pal, is recorded and now the matter is fixed on 1.3.2017 for his cross-examination and the recording of evidence of other witnesses.

In view of the above, this application is disposed of. The learned trial Judge to expedite the matter and conclude the same on or before 15.6.2017.
