Being aggrieved by the rejection of the application filed by the petitioner to release him on parole leave in the year 2015, this petition was filed.

Every under trial convict is entitled to renew his prayer on completion of six months period from the date of rejection of first application. It would be open for the petitioner in case his grievance still subsists, to apply afresh for parole.
