The record indicates that the applicant has failed to comply with his statement made on 19.9.2018 before this Court of deposit of the amount within stipulated period. The said statement was accepted as undertaking given to this Court. As the applicant has failed to honour the undertaking given by him to this Court, the interim relief granted by Order dated 10.11.2017 is hereby vacated. As a consequence thereof, the application is dismissed.
