By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks to expedite the trial of Regular Civil Suit No. 2210 of 2015 pending before the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pune.

The Petitioner is directed to make an Application before the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pune to expedite of Regular Civil Suit No. 2210 of 2015, which Application if fled, shall be decided on merits by that Court. 3.
