In view of the fact that the State Government has complied with the directions contained in the order dated 1st July, 2010 passed in Writ Petition No. 4137 of 2010 and passed order on 30th June, 2012 Exhibit-1 filed along with the reply we are of the view that nothing survives in this Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the orders dated 27th June, 2012 and 30th June, 2012.
