The petition is filed through prison for following relief : "to pass an order to start the trials in the above mentioned cases expeditiously and produce the Applicant physically before the Hon'ble Kurla 51 Court in each and every Court dates and give the directions to the police commissioner of Nashik and Superintendent of NRCP (Nashik C. Jail) to provide police escort to the Applicant in his each and every Court dates to produce him before the Hon'ble trial Court, Kurla 51 Court."

Learned APP, on instructions, placed on record a list of 8 cases pending against the Petitioner in Kurla Court Room No. 51, i.e., before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 51st Court, Kurla, Mumbai. She also makes a statement that all the eight cases are before the same Court on 21st November 2018 and production warrant is issued and the same is received by the concerned jailer where Petitioner is detained. She also makes a statement that as and when the patilsr 1 / 2

Petitioner's presence is necessary, he will be produced before the concerned Court. In the light of statements made by learned APP, nothing survives in this petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
