He pointed out that the appeal is preferred for the applicants who are original claimants seeking enhancement of compensation granted by the Motor |Accidents Claim Tribunal, Mumbai. The 1st respondent did not contest the claim petition. It

asn appears that there was no special defence raised by the 2nd respondent Insurer. Therefore, service of notice of the delay condonation application to the 1st respondent is dispensed with. Application is accordingly disposed of.
