Civil Application No.43 of 2016 is moved for bringing on record the legal heir of the deceased respondent no.1- Gulam

Trupti 4-cac-43-16.doc Nabi Gulam Kadar.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that during the pendency of the Civil Revision Application, respondent no.1 has expired. He prays that the legal heir of the deceased respondent no.1 be brought on record.

In view of the above submission, Civil Application is allowed. The legal heir of the deceased respondent no.1 is to be brought on record. Amendment to that effect is to be carried out within 2 weeks from today.

Civil Application No. 316 of 2015 be placed on board on 6th July, 2018.
