On the earlier date of hearing, learned counsel for the Respondent has raised a preliminary objection in view of the decision of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Bhartiben Shah & Ors. vs. Gracy Thomas & Ors. [2013 (2) MhLj 25].

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, fairly submits that he would approach the Revisional Court as the order is revisable. Liberty to the Petitioners to file the Revision Application within a period of two weeks from today.

The Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Revisional Court.
