P.C.:- Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No.3 to decide Petitioner's application dated 5/11/2016, copy of which is at annexure Exhibit-B, page 14 of the Petition, as expeditiously as possible, in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and the Respondent No.3 shall decide the Petitioner's claim regarding allotment of alternative land independently and on its own Megha 1/2

In order to enable the Respondent No.3 to comply with this order, the Petitioner shall remain present before the Respondent No.3 on 5.2.2018 alongwith the copy of the said representation and copy of this order.
