The applicants came to be arrested in Crime No. 157 of 2022 registered at Talegaon Dabhade Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 506 of Indian Penal Code, Sections 4 r/w 25 of the Arms Act, and Sections 37(1)(c) r/w 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. 3.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The bail is sought on the ground of parity. In support of the said ground, the learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record copy of the order passed by the Sessions Court dated 5 September 2022 in Criminal Bail Application No. 445 of 2022. By the said order, the Session Court has released the co-accused- Vishal Vasudev Sonavane on bail. 5.

I have perused the charge-sheet. The role attributed to the present applicants and the said co-accused- Vishal Vasudev Sonavane appears to be identical. Considering this fact and as there are no other criminal antecedents, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail. Hence, the following order is passed:

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant No. 1- Sanjay Maruti Chavan, applicant No. 2Ganesh Raju Kale and applicant No. 3- Amrut Ravi Jadhav shall be released on bail in Crime No. 157 of 2022 registered at Talegaon Dabhade Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 506 of Indian Penal Code, Sections 4 r/w 25 of the Arms Act, and Sections 37(1)(c) r/w 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount. (iii) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station once in a month i.e., on first Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial.
