P.C.:- The Petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondents to effect correction of the Voters List pertaining to the Junction Village Panchayat, Taluka-Indapur, District-Pune. Direction was also sought to include name of the Petitioner in the said Voters List. The Petition is filed on 23rd November, 2015. The record reveals that last date of nomination was 27th November, 2015. The election must have been held. The Petition has rendered infructuous. Same is accordingly dismissed.
