By order dated 24/1/2018, we had directed learned APP to obtain report regarding medical condition of the Petitioner from Medical Officer of the concerned Prison. 2] Mr. Salvi, learned APP, has placed on record the Medical Report of the Petitioner signed by Superintendent of Central Prison, Thane. 3] The said Report shows that necessary treatment is being provided to the Petitioner and his condition is stable. In that view of the matter, no orders are necessary.

4] Petition is disposed of. Fees of learned APP is quantified at Rs 3000/-.
