This is an application for anticipatory bail in CR No. 324 of 2014 registered with Kurar Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 354, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. The complaint was lodged on 19th October, 2014. 2.
Applicant submits that applicant was at his native place and apprehend arrest now. The brother of the applicant was tried for this offences before the Sessions Court and by judgment and order dated 24th February, 2016 the brother of the applicant and another accused were acquitted by the trial Court.

Learned APP submitted that applicant was attributed the role
Sknair 8-aba-2163-18.odt of aiding and abetting co-accused. The applicant was not available for investigation.

Considering the fact that the co-accused is acquitted and that he was attributed primary role in the FIR, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.
ORDER
i.
Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed.
ii.
In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with CR No. 324 of 2014 registered with Kurar Police Station, applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; iii.
Applicant shall attend the investigating officer of the concerned police station between 10 a.m. to 12 noon on 21st January, 2019, 22nd January, 2019 and 23rd January, 2019. iv.
Applicant shall furnish proof of the residential address to the Investigating Officer.

Application stands disposed off.
