Perused the Application. None appears for the Respondents. No reply is filed. Considering the averments made in the Application, which constitute sufficient cause, the Civil Application Nos. 109 of 2016 and 110 of 2016 are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within period of three weeks from today.
