The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, in pursuance of Orders dated 29.11.2017, 24.1.2018 and 8.3.2018 the applicant has deposited the alleged defalcated sum of Rs.6,25,000/- in the registry of this Court.

The custody of the applicant is being sought by the prosecution predominantly for recovery of the said alleged defalcated amount. - Page-1/2

Nalawade 1-aba-1951-17.doc In view of the compliance of the aforestated orders by the applicant, the custodial interrogation of the applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by Order dated 13.11.2017 is hereby confirmed.
