Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicants. On instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicants states that the Applicants will apply for interim relief in terms of liberty granted under order dated 14 th July, 2014.

If such application is made and if the Court is satisfied that the decision of the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.1102 of 2014 (Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. & Anr. Vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors.) and other connected matters is applicable to the case, the Petition itself will be taken up for final disposal while hearing the Civil Application for interim relief.
